SINGLE ADULTS...
Here is an update on the Houston Metro Single Adult Conference May 12-15, 2011.
One of our service projects is off and running - Story Corps begins recording March 26, 2011 at the Katy Stake Center. We are in need of an additional 75 listeners. This is a great project and one that is easy to do. If there are singles who are interested in this service project please have them register at hero2hero.us. All they have to do is help capture the story of a veteran that has serviced this country. If we can't find the additional listeners from among the Singles we will have to open this up for others to volunteer.
Please encourage all Single Adults to register for this conference ahead of time. We need to know how many will be coming for dinner on Friday, lunch on Saturday, and dinner on Saturday. It is hard to plan the meals without a count and registration is the only count we will have to determine the amount of food necessary. This count is also necessary to determine the number of dog tags to purchase.
If you need more fliers or registration forms they can be downloaded from the website: hero2hero.us.
